In Üsküdar, the experience begins in Kuzguncuk, where the colourful houses and quieter streets are ideal for layered street scenes, before moving towards the waterfront for reflections and long exposures at golden and blue hour, with the skyline across the water.
In the Basilica Cistern, you step into low light - working with reflections, atmosphere and handheld shooting in conditions where most photos fall apart.

Suggested gear
This tour is designed for cameras with manual control (PASM modes).You’ll get the most out of it using a mirrorless or DSLR, especially in low light and more demanding conditions.
A smartphone can still be used for some scenes, but it will limit your control and final results.
